For all orders delivered to European countries that are not members of the EU, Customs and Duties charges will be payable by the recipient.

Additional Delivery Information

We will endeavour to dispatch your order the same day if ordered before 1pm (GMT/BST) Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 1pm (GMT/BST) Monday to Friday will be dispatched the following business day; orders placed after 1pm (GMT/BST) on Fridays will dispatched the following Monday.

Order Tracking

On dispatch of your order you will be sent a shipping confirmation email with your carrier information and tracking number. Due to current legislation, we are unable to deliver to private addresses in the Russian Federation.
