Additional Delivery Information
All orders, including personalised items, must be placed by 1pm (GMT) Monday–Friday for the stated delivery timings to apply.
Orders placed after 1pm, or over the weekend, will be processed on the next business day. Express orders placed after 1pm on Friday will be processed from Monday (excluding UK Bank Holidays).
Please allow two additional business days for deliveries to remote locations and islands.
Order Tracking
On dispatch of your order you will be sent a shipping confirmation email with your carrier information and tracking number.
In line with current international regulations, delivery to private addresses within the Russian Federation is not available at this time.
Customs & Duty Charges
Prices may be displayed in your local currency for convenience. Depending on your destination, duties and taxes may apply. Where available, you will have the option at checkout to prepay these charges or pay them upon delivery.
To benefit from delivery duty paid (DDP), we recommend shopping via the appropriate regional site for your delivery destination where available.
