We offer standard delivery or express next-day delivery for orders placed before 1pm. Due to their bespoke nature, personalised orders will require additional business days.

During busy times such as our Sale period, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and Father’s Day, please allow an additional 2-3 days for despatch.

Order Tracking

On dispatch of your order you will be sent a shipping confirmation email with your carrier information and tracking number. Due to current legislation, we are unable to deliver to private addresses in the Russian Federation.
